What's in Ted's head
Ted Dimoglou, chef and owner of Tiki Sushi, is a Red Seal certified chef with over 18 years of experience working with seafood and sushi. While being influenced by Japanese and Asian cuisine, Chef Ted loves to use Mediterranean and Spanish ingredients in a novel way to create something unique and adventurous.
He was featured in the second season of Chopped Canada, where you can get a glimpse of his culinary expertise and distinctive personality.

Located at the Erie Street roundabout, Tiki Sushi offers a dining atmosphere like no other. The outdoor patio lets you enjoy the fresh air while listening to the rock, reggae, and funk music playing from the inside. In the cold winter months the spicy sushi and Canadian Club whiskey are sure to make you feel all warm inside.
Tiki Sushi's menu features a wide selection of sushi, as well as signature dishes like the Tiki Fish Chowder or Smoked Sticky Ribs. Changing the menu often grants Chef Ted the opportunity to experiment while keeping the food simple and accessible. The ingredients are also as fresh as it gets, coming from Windsor’s only fishmonger, Mediterranean Seafood, right next door. Tiki Sushi also promotes a variety of local beers, wines, and ciders on their drink menu.
